The Body-Solid ProClubLine Leverage Bench Press is a sturdy and well-designed machine that allows users to perform heavy bench presses without a spotter. The machine provides good isolation for chest muscles, and the handles come closer together at the top of the movement for a good squeeze. The machine is easy to assemble and does not require gas-assisted starting positions. The machine can be used for shrugs, but it is not suitable for overhead presses. While it has some manufacturing defects such as the handles being off and the end of the backboard being a little flimsy, it is still an excellent piece of home gym equipment. The price of $1300+ may be seen as overpriced by some, but it is worth it if you can afford it and have the floor space.
