To use, place roller on flat surface, bring knife edge to the side of the grindstone, and saw back and forth with consistent downwards pressure. Make sure to control the angle on each stroke, so you get razor-sharp edges each time. White blister pack. For best results, sharpen the knife on each side for 10-15 strokes. Wash with damp cloth after each use.
