About This Item
Enhance the security and convenience of your building with the Aiphone C-123LA Chime Com System. This single-door answering system allows for audio communication with visitors before granting access to your premises. With the push of a button, you can communicate with visitors and authorize their entrance. When a visitor presses the call button on the door intercom, the master intercom emits a two-tone chime, alerting you to their presence.
The master intercom features a push-to-talk button and a pull cord for initiating audio transmission to the door intercom. Once released, the sound from the door intercom is transmitted instantly to the master intercom, automatically shutting off after 20 seconds. The door-release button on the master intercom works in conjunction with an electric strike (sold separately) to remotely unlock the entrance for authorized individuals. For added convenience, you can press the push-to-talk button or pull the cord at any time to listen through the door intercom. The Aiphone C-123LA Chime Com System boasts high-quality construction, with a white plastic housing for the master intercom and a black plastic housing for the door intercom.
The audio volume on the master intercom is adjustable, allowing you to customize the sound to your preference. This system can be powered by a 6V power supply (sold separately) or four C batteries (sold separately), providing installation flexibility in locations where power outlets may not be accessible. Additionally, the included adapter kit allows for the seamless integration of another master intercom (sold separately) into the system. With overall dimensions of 4-3/4 x 3-7/16 x 1-1/8 inches for the master intercom and 7-1/2 x 5-1/8 x 1-3/4 inches for the door intercom, this system is compact and unobtrusive. It is compatible with Aiphone 822202 or 821802 wires (sold separately) and suitable for distances of up to 245 ft.
