This product includes four pieces of runway that are made of durable plastic material. As per the FAQ, the pieces are 3.875" wide, making them quite significant in size. These runway pieces may not work well with 1:400 scale planes, but they are perfect for the average Hot Wings planes with an average wingspan of 4". The runway pieces look realistic and match well with the Hot Wings planes. The only downside is that based on the FAQ response, the straight runway pieces are out of stock for several months, causing inconvenience to buyers who may want to complete their runway. However, the Hot Wings Runway Turn & Intersection Pieces are still an excellent buy for anyone who wants to add some realism to their Hot Wings aircraft and airport display.
