Customers who bought this product received a cardboard box instead of the case advertised on the write-up. Customers generally appreciated the value and power of the DeWalt DW317 jigsaw and found it easy to change blades. Some, however, found it difficult to see the line and suggested the need for an air blower. One customer found the lock button for speed placement to be poorly placed. Notably, one customer reports breaking the saw after five minutes of use.
