It is a large backpack, but not too big that it would injure your back by carrying too much weight. It is perfect for a college student who needs to carry textbooks, laptop and books. Some customers complained about the size or that it would not stay closed, but most customers seem to be very satisfied with the quality, durability and design of the bag. There is minimal padding on the shoulder straps but some, so it may not be comfortable for long commutes. Overall, it is a great looking backpack made of soft leather that will hold a lot and should last for years.
