To use, simply open the lid, grasp the Stretch-tite with one or two hands, and pull it to your desired length. Then, close the lid and the Stretch-Tite will be evenly cut. According to customer feedback, this product is a great addition to any kitchen and makes it easy to use plastic wrap. It dispenses perfectly, and the plastic wrap doesn't stick together or bind itself. The design is excellent and super easy to use. It is slightly bigger than some customers expected, but it's not a significant issue. However, a few customers found it challenging to load new rolls onto the dispenser, and the cover lock broke after years of use for some. The main downside to this product is that it doesn't work for all types of wrap. For example, it is not compatible with the 3000 ft roll Stretch-tite wrap from Costco, parchment paper, or Glad Press and Seal.
