It is not as hot as a traditional organic lacquer and can be used even on bare, unpainted plastic. It is a dull coat product that dries clear. The product has a synthetic lacquer base and is not as hot as traditional organic lacquer. The reviews offer mixed feedback about the product: some customers complained of the product's misleading quantity, packaging and misrepresentation, while others praised its effectiveness.
