The Keiser M5 Strider is a good option for individuals who want a low-impact and challenging workout. The machine features an 8 lb. aluminum flywheel that provides a smooth pedal motion. The machine is 63.5" high, and if you stand on the foot plate in its highest position, it adds 16" to your height. The stride length on the M5 is around 13 1/2", and it does not require an external power source, just two AA batteries for the display. It has the M3 computer that gives you cadence, calories burned, power output in watts, heart rate (with a compatible heart rate monitor), exercise duration, current resistance level and distance traveled.
