The Bytecc BT-144 floppy disk drive is a plug and play product that works with Windows 7, Vista, 8 and 8.1. However, it may not work well with Windows 10 and did not work with Mac OS. It can read and write 3.5-inch hard cased floppies and should also be able to read IBM-formatted disks. While it may be able to read older 720k disks, it is not guaranteed and speeds may be slow. The Bytecc BT-144 is easy to use and provides value for money.
