The software requires internet briefly while installing the programs, but after installation, the software can be used without the internet. The Consumer license for the software allows two installations within a family household, with five profiles available on each computer. This software is easy to use, and instructions for installation are clear. Customer care is available if any issues arise. The program is a fun way to get kids to learn to type, but the screen size is small and cannot be adjusted.
