Brisk Spark Plugs DR14BSXC Editorial Review

This product has received negative feedback from a customer. The plugs caused multiple cylinder misfires, and the electrodes did not protrude far enough into the cylinder for proper combustion. The VW/Audi BPY "FSI" engine runs lean and has a focused air charge to swirl fuel mixture optimally to the OEM spark plug electrode location. Brisk had the same problem with their plugs designed for the Mini. The Mini and VW/Audi BPY engines are all direct injection and suffer from the same problem. Brisk has not redesigned their plugs yet for the VW/Audi direct injection motors. The product has not lived up to customer expectations and has resulted in multiple cylinder misfires. The electrodes did not protrude far enough into the cylinder for proper combustion. Brisk had a similar problem with their plugs designed for the Mini. The plugs need to be redesigned for direct injection motors, like the VW/Audi BPY engine.
