    odgovor: The spotter max load is 200kg and the pull-up bar max load is 120kg.

    odgovor: No, the power rack is not suitable for commercial use.
  • pitanje: What should I do for maximum security?

    odgovor: We strongly recommend bolting the rack to the ground using the supplied anchor points and bolts.
  • pitanje: Is this suitable for a 10 year old to do gymnastics on?

    odgovor: It is very well made for pullups, but not gymnastics really. You need a solid vertical bar up each side. I would buy a specialist gymnastics bar for the garden.
  • pitanje: Is this sturdy enough to do pulls ups / attach a trx to it without bolting it to the floor?

    odgovor: You definitely need to bolt it to the floor to do a TRX. Strict pullups straight up from the floor is fine if you don’t put it in. I haven’t bolted mine in yet and I’ve been using it for pullups and banded pullups too. However TRX I don’t think it would be stable enough.
  • pitanje: I just want to use this for heavy ish squats (120kg+), bench and basic weighted pull ups. I can't bolt or weight it down, would it be stable enough?

    odgovor: Yes. As long as you don’t pull the bar at an angle. Also, if you aren’t too gentle replacing the bar after a heavy set, you could knock it over. A couple of plates on the bottom of the frame could help make it more stable.
  • pitanje: Can you do a muscle up on it? Is it sturdy enough?

    odgovor: The bar is NOT smooth, it has grooves for better grip. If you are beginning to learn the muscle-up, it will be difficult, but not impossible.
  • pitanje: What is the size of the box it comes in and does it take 2 people to carry?

    odgovor: The box was quite heavy but could be carried by one person. My 18 year-old daughter was able to lift it on her own!
  • pitanje: Can this be left outside?

    odgovor: It will definitely rust over time. Mine has been outside for 6 months with just a little bit of rust. You could spray it with a rust protector.
