RoC Balms 1210000800886 Editorial Review
RoC Multi Correxion Revive + Glow Eye Balm, 4 g is designed for all skin types, offering hypoallergenic benefits aimed specifically at the delicate eye area. Users have appreciated its soothing application and clear, non-greasy texture, making it a suitable base for makeup. Some customers note that while it may not drastically reduce dark circles, it effectively hydrates and smooths the under-eye area, making it ideal for makeup prep. However, several reviews point out concerns with the twist-up mechanism, which has allegedly failed multiple times, limiting the convenience of use. Despite its benefits, potential buyers should remain cautious about the packaging issues reported by users.
