According to user feedback, it performs exceptionally well, easily pushing the caliper pistons back with just a bit of pressure. Users appreciate the accompanying hooks, which aid in supporting the weight of the caliper during use. Despite some mixed reviews regarding the durability of the ratchet mechanism, many find it a reliable choice for changing brake pads, with an emphasis on its ease of use compared to makeshift methods like clamps and wood blocks.
