Customer support received a significant mention, particularly after initial dissatisfaction. The company's proactive follow-up and willingness to resolve issues improved the perception of their service, leading to positive adjustments in customer sentiment even post-return. In summary, while initial user experiences were marred by inadequate instructions, those who successfully integrated the device reported excellent performance and versatility, reaffirmed by commendable customer service responses when problems arose. **
