NewDoar Rectangular Sleeping Bags Editorial Review
**** The NewDoar Ultralight Backpacking Sleeping Bag is designed for outdoor enthusiasts seeking a lightweight, compact, and versatile sleeping solution. Weighing in at just 1.5 pounds, it's an ideal choice for summer camping and backpacking trips, appreciating its ability to compress down to the size of a soccer ball. Customers have praised its comfort and softness, making it a reliable option for temperatures in the upper 40s and lower 50s, although some caution that it might not be suitable for those who are particularly sensitive to the cold in cooler weather. A standout feature is the 2-way zipper, which offers flexibility by allowing the bag to be unzipped completely to transform into a blanket, adding to its versatility for use beyond just sleeping. Reviewers have highlighted its waterproof exterior, which provides a barrier against nighttime moisture. Additionally, many users have found the bag easy to clean, contributing to its overall appeal for regular outdoor use. Despite its many attributes, there are some limitations noted by customers. While the bag is excellent for warm climates, some users report that it may not retain warmth as effectively in chillier conditions, highlighting a range in comfort levels that users should keep in mind based on their personal preferences. Overall, the NewDoar sleeping bag is well-received for summer use, striking a balance between comfort, weight, and functionality. **
